Andrew Scroggins was quoted in a December 14 story from International Employment Lawyer, “Is America ready to ban forced arbitration agreements?” Scroggins said that overall, there is no need for employers to give up arbitration agreements just yet; it seems unlikely that Congress will pass the Bill, and even if it does pass, other types of employment disputes can still be compelled to arbitration, where they can be decided on an individual basis.
