Ann Marie Zaletel was quoted in a March 3 story “Are Your Workers Making Customers Sick?” in SHRM on the debate over paid sick leave in the restaurant industry. Zaletel said that the large number of inconsistent state laws and municipal ordinances makes it very administratively burdensome for national employers, including restaurants, to do business.
