Annette Tyman was quoted in a September 30 story from the Chicago Tribune, “Trump called racial sensitivity training ‘racist’ during the debate. Here’s why his push against it has companies and diversity experts worried.” Tyman said one implication from the president’s order is that federal contractors won’t be able to attribute unconscious bias to race or gender in training programs.
