Camille Olson was quoted in a January 7 story from Bloomberg Law, “Trump’s DOL Gig-Contractor Rule ‘Destined to Legal Junk Yard.’” Olson said even if the rule doesn’t go into effect, companies could still use it in court battles over independent contractor status.
