Camille Olson was quoted in a June 7 story from Editor & Publisher, “EEOC Issues Guidance on COVID Vaccines in the Workplace and Incentives That Can be Offered.” Olson said that the EEOC’s Guidance was prepared prior to the CDC’s updated guidance for fully vaccinated individuals and does not specifically address employer questions related to the treatment of unvaccinated and vaccinated employees in the workplace.
