Camille Olson was quoted in a January 7 story from the Daily Journal, “New Labor Department contractor rule likely to be challenged.” Olson said she believes the rule is grounded in Supreme Court precedent in the economic realities test and in many courts of appeals; it takes that analysis and then applies it to modern facts.
