David Baffa was quoted in an October 1 story from Bloomberg News, “Say goodbye to the toddler stars of your office Zoom meeting: Firms crack down on child care during work hours.” Baffa said that managers are willing to work around some aspects of child care, such as stepping out to pick up a kid from school, but employees can’t expect the latitude to be a nanny and an office worker.
