It’s here…the long discussed pay and hours component of the EEO-1 Report will be due by September 20, 2019. Join Seyfarth Shaw as we walk employers through the ins and outs of the data requirements needed to complete the Component 2 filing for 2017 and 2018. Our previous webinars on this topic provided high level overviews of the litigation and the steps employers should take to get prepared for the new reporting requirement. In this webinar, we plan to go deeper and get “in the weeds” of the filing requirements and specifications.
We will start with a brief overview covering which employers are required to file Component 2 and what data those employers will need to collect to complete the filing. From there, we will roll up our sleeves and provide some clarity on:
Navigating the Component 2 site;
Completing the online form and data file upload; and
Key FAQs that were recently released.
We will also discuss steps that employers can take to help safeguard the confidentiality of their pay data.
