Seyfarth Shaw Labor & Employment partners Christopher DeGroff was published in the May 2012 edition of LJN Employment Law Strategist. They delve into the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's (EEOC) second year of record number investigations and class-like federal court filings.
According to Chris, the EEOC pulls through on its promise to investigate and prosecute more cases regarding employee working environments and alleged discrimination by employers. The authors of the article discuss five cases which they believe to be the most intriguing of 2011. They remark that 2011's EEOC rulings "... range from refreshingly employer-friendly decisions to those that sent chills through the employer community."
