Howard Wexler quoted in the Long Island Business News, “A case of religious discrimination”

Howard Wexler was quoted in a July 14 story from the Long Island Business News on the Supreme Court case U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. Abercrombie & Fitch. Wexler said one of the major takeaways of the Abercrombie case is that the employer can’t plead ignorance with regard to an applicant’s religion.
