John Egan authored an article in Real Estate Weekly, “New accessible icon law creates quandary for businesses”

John Egan authored an article on May 27 in Real Estate Weekly on the new Accessible Icon that businesses in New York are required to use  in new construction and alterations. New York is the first state in the country to adopt this icon, which is distinctly different from the International Symbol of Access (“ISA”) specified in federal ADA Title III regulations.
