Karla Grossenbacher was quoted in an April 19 story from Bloomberg Law, “Big Tech Unleashes Vaccine Passports as Privacy Questions Loom.” Grossenbacher said no company can guarantee that it has a totally vaccinated workforce due to the ADA and Title VII exceptions. Instead of providing individual vaccine passports, Grossenbacher said an employer can simply tell a client that their workers are fit for duty and provide its fitness criteria.
