Seyfarth’s Ken Kanzawa and Sarah Barney co-authored an article, “Contract Disputes Recap: Q&As, Gov't Claims, Pleading,” in Law360 on April 24. The Seyfarth attorneys discussed three decisions—from the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims—that address issues including superior knowledge, government claims, and pleading standards.
