Ken Kanzawa to Present at ABA’s Debarment and Suspension Committee Meeting

On Friday, February 20th, Seyfarth’s Ken Kanzawa will serve as a panelist during the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Debarment and Suspension Committee Meeting.

The panel will discuss the overall mechanics of process, analysis of factors considered in making decision, how to make process more transparent to contractors, what practitioners’ can proactively provide in approaching SDOs, duration of “lead agency” designation and expiration/any time limits, how to handle multi-agency interest at inception but also later interest due to subsequent non-compliance under another agency's contracts or expertise.
