Effective May 28, 2021, employers in Massachusetts are required to grant employees up to 40 hours of Emergency Paid Sick Leave for COVID-19-related illness, quarantine, and vaccinations until September 30, 2021, or the exhaustion of $75 million in allotted funds, whichever is earlier.
