Launey Named to Daily Journal’s 2015 List of “Top Labor & Employment Attorneys”

Kristina Launey, Labor & Employment partner and Managing Partner of Seyfarth’s Sacramento office, was named one of the top lawyers in her field by the Daily Journal.

The Daily Journal detailed Launey’s successful representation of WinCo Foods LLC against an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) complaint filed by the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. In addition, the Daily Journal discussed her experience in matters surrounding website accessibility under Title II of the ADA.

“We know what property has to look like to be accessible, but there are not similar regulations that say what a website has to be or how it has to be constructed to be accessible,” Launey told the Daily Journal.
