Seyfarth Shaw Washington, D.C. office partner Lawrence Postol was published n the May 4 edition of BNA's Employment Discrimination Report. His article explains the recent regulations published by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), which expands the coverage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Lawrence also warns employers who face an increasing number of ADA claims due to an aging workforce, stating, "If an employer does not know what the reasonable accommodation of job restructuring is, and most do not, they better learn it, and the other requirements of the ADA."
