Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Takes Effect January 1st: Are You Ready?

Effective January 1, 2021, Massachusetts workers will be eligible for paid family and medical leave under the Commonwealth’s Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) law. In this webinar, members of Seyfarth's Boston office discuss recent DFML and regulatory developments and best practices for finalizing your policies and preparations for the January 1 implementation date.
