Matthew Gagnon was quoted January 4 by Federal News Radio regarding the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s final rule on affirmative action for people with disabilities in the federal workforce. In "Final rule requires affirmative action for disabilities in federal workforce," Gagnon said that personal assistance services (PAS) requirement is more a clarification of what’s required, as opposed to something that’s brand new.
