NLRB Finds Union Violated the Law by Printing Statement About Workers’ Rights on CBA

On July 2, the NLRB found that the California Nurses Association, which is part of National Nurses United, the country’s largest union of registered nurses, violated the NLRA when it printed a statement regarding workers’ rights on the back of its collective bargaining agreement with Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital.
