Philippe Weiss authored a March 12 article in the American Association of Political Consultants, “Small Firms – Outsize ROI for Effective Harassment Prevention.” Weiss said federal enforcement agencies have specifically targeted firms with only a handful of employees for failing to prevent and address harassment in order to “send a signal” that even small shops must be proactive.
