WGN Radio (Chicago) interviewed Seyfarth at Work President Philippe Weiss in its “Wintrust Business Lunch” segment on May 27. Weiss discussed ‘The Great Delay,’ a phenomenon where more young adults are holding off on workforce entry because of an uncertain job market.

“College graduates, new entrants to the workforce, are delaying taking that first job for a number of really interesting reasons. For example, the volatility of the economic environment.”
