Philippe Weiss was quoted in an August 23 story from SHRM, “Employers Apply Different Requirements to Vaccinated and Unvaccinated.” Weiss said that given the proliferation of the delta variant, organizational practices and rules applied to vaccinated versus unvaccinated employees remain very much in flux.
