About the Program

In the midst of several political and social movements, employers continue to set strategic Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) goals designed to cultivate more inclusive workplace cultures. Organizations should proceed carefully and thoughtfully when establishing these goals, given potential legal and operational risks with respect to related processes and protocols.

Attorneys from Seyfarth’s New York Labor & Employment group  provide updates and practical considerations for employers developing and implementing goals as part of their DEI&B programming.

Topics covered include:

  • Key components of strategic DEI&B programs
  • State and federal legal framework guiding DEI&B programs
  • Relevant case studies and best practices

Speakers

Ephraim J. Pierre, Partner, Seyfarth Shaw LLP
