Scott Hecker was quoted in a November 4 story from the National Law Journal, “OSHA's Employer Vaccine Mandate Could Face Bumpy Road in Circuit Courts.” Hecker said that this is an instance where if an immediate injunction is not secured and the legal process plays out, it may not matter if the ETS is vacated or overturned because people are already working towards compliance; any challenge will want to succeed early to have an impact.
