Seyfarth’s annual EEOC-Initiated Litigation report was featured in the Houston Chronicle
Seyfarth’s annual EEOC-Initiated Litigation report was referenced in a January 6 story enitled “‘Sex, race, disability claims remain EEOC's chief focus” by the Houston Chronicle. Authored by lawyers Gerald L. Maatman, Jr., Christopher J. DeGroff, and Matthew J. Gagnon, this year’s report compiles, analyzes, and categorizes the major case filings and decisions involving the EEOC in 2015. Eighty-six percent of the lawsuits involved claims of discrimination based on race, sex, national origin, religion and disabilities, a similar proportion to previous years, the analysis found.
