Seyfarth’s annual EEOC-Initiated Litigation report was featured in a January 6 story by Law360. Authored by lawyers Gerald L. Maatman, Jr., Christopher J. DeGroff, and Matthew J. Gagnon, this year’s report compiles, analyzes, and categorizes the major case filings and decisions involving the EEOC in 2016. The authors said that while it is not possible to predict any exact changes that Trump’s election will bring to the EEOC, whatever those changes are will likely have a significant impact on how the agency pursues its agenda.
