Seyfarth's EEOC Litigation Report referenced in Law360

Seyfarth's EEOC Litigation Report was referenced in a January 4 story from Law360, "Employers Who Fight EEOC Subpoenas Face Uphill Battle." Seyfarth's Gerald Maatman said there used to be angles of attack that defense lawyers could use pre-McLane where the notion was the EEOC was out over its skis or trying to use a charge that was a single-plaintiff charge to get systemic-like information. Maatman noted this trend in a recent report on the EEOC's litigation activity in fiscal year 2018. He said McLane has really made it difficult for employers at the administrative investigation level to resist those attempts.
