Bloomberg Law quoted Teddie Arnold in its article, “Legal Hurdles Await False Claims Act Attacks on Corporate DEI,” on June 5. Arnold discussed the significant shift in False Claims Act enforcement, with the Justice Department now encouraging employees to report potential violations where employers may have misrepresented compliance with anti-discrimination laws through the use of allegedly unlawful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies.
