Teddie Arnold to Moderate Defense Industry Initiative Panel on Compliance Best Practices

Seyfarth partner Teddie Arnold is moderating the “Mandatory Disclosures: Best Practices For Identifying And Disclosing Non-Compliance Within Your Organization” program for the Defense Industry Initiative’s (DII) 2022 Best Practices Forum on Wednesday, June 8. The program will discuss best practices surrounding the mandatory disclosure process within organizations. It will consist of a discussion of the rule itself, what to look for in determining whether there is credible evidence of non-compliance triggering a disclosure obligation, and processes and procedures for making a disclosure, including what information to disclose and when.
