On Tuesday, May 16, 2023, Seyfarth attorney, Teddie Arnold, will present a live virtual Federal Publications Seminar on "Implementing Ethics and Compliance in Government Contracting" in Partnership with DII Virtual.
This 1 day course will focus on ethics and compliance in government contracting. In particular, this course will examine the difference between ethics and compliance, an exploration into the history and philosophy of ethics & compliance, why your company needs an ethics & compliance program, the various facets of an effective ethics & compliance program, including an examination of the Mandatory Disclosure Rule, the rule requiring certain policies and procedures geared towards preventing and detecting fraud, waste, and abuse, and disclosing certain activities to the Government.
