Seyfarth Shaw Labor & Employment partner Tracy Billows and director of Seyfarth Shaw at Work, Philippe Weiss, co-wrote an article in the December 10 edition of the Los Angeles/San Francisco Daily Journal listing six suggestions for employers to avoid litigation resulting from  actions conducted at an office holiday party.
