Valerie Hoffman was quoted in a July 2 story from Bloomberg Law, “TRICARE Hospitals Free From Labor Agency’s Job Bias Audits.” Hoffman said there is a slippery slope here for the OFCCP, as it establishes a novel precedent for excluding employers from its regulations. By this Rule, the OFCCP will be using the national interest exemption for something other than earthquakes and other natural disasters, she said.
