AI Under the Legal Lens: A New Seyfarth Webinar Series

Artificial intelligence is rapidly embedding itself across business operations, while the legal landscape continues to evolve without a clear or unified framework. As a result, organizations are confronting overlapping regulatory requirements and emerging litigation risk across areas such as employment, privacy, intellectual property, and vendor relationships.

AI Under the Legal Lens is a new webinar series from Seyfarth Shaw focused on helping legal, compliance, and business leaders navigate AI risk across the enterprise with practical and defensible strategies.

Series topics will include:

  • Employment and labor
  • Privacy and data protection
  • Intellectual property
  • Cybersecurity
  • Industry-specific use cases, including healthcare, finance and insurance

Kickoff Session: AI in the Workplace

Our opening session will anchor the series with a practical discussion of how AI risk is already materializing and what organizations should be doing now.

Topics We'll Cover:

  • Where legal exposure is developing in AI-enabled decision making
  • How enforcement actions and litigation are shaping expectations
  • The legal frameworks that matter now across key jurisdictions
  • What effective, cross-functional AI governance looks like in practice

This session will also preview upcoming deep dives across the series.
