More About Andrew

Andrew advises clients at every stage of their companies and product life cycles as they break into and grow in the US public sector marketplace. He assists clients with navigating government data rights and protecting intellectual property, cybersecurity and other compliance requirements, and the structure of government opportunities and contracting vehicles. He also negotiates the commercial technology agreements that carry innovative products into government use, across complex development and collaboration agreements, licensing arrangements, as well as channel and other go-to-market strategies.

In his practice, Andrew works across the technology ecosystem from emerging and growth-stage companies to global enterprises. His clients range from software, semiconductors, and dual-use hardware to the frontiers of space, robotic and autonomous systems, and AI. Clients look to Andrew as a practical, business-minded advisor who brings sound legal judgment and a commercial perspective to complex procurement and regulatory matters, allowing them to move forward with confidence.

Andrew began his career at a leading law firm in Canada before moving to the US in 2020 to join a premier Silicon Valley technology law firm, where he worked at the cutting edges of the technology sector. Today, he brings that same commercial instinct to a concierge practice focused on tech and innovation for government contracts. Andrew speaks the language of both worlds: immersed in the businesses and products of today’s innovators while understanding the federal, state, and local government frameworks that govern how they’re sold, licensed, and protected, so nothing critical is lost in translation.
