There is no one-size-fits-all approach to employment law, and not all clients have the same goals. Bailey works closely with her clients to identify and get to the “win” in each matter.
More About Bailey
Navigating California’s ever-changing array of employment laws without the right resources can be draining on a business. Clients turn to Bailey to collaborate on practical solutions to avoid litigation and increase employment compliance, as well as for effective litigation strategies to combat single-plaintiff and class action claims.
Bailey develops close relationships with her clients, providing practical advice that often allows employers to identify issues before they have an opportunity to turn into litigation. However, when litigation appears inevitable, Bailey’s clients know that they have a trusted and reliable resource on their side. With years of experience on both sides of the table, Bailey has litigated and resolved numerous matters before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies like the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Industrial Relations, and San Francisco’s Office of Labor Standards Enforcement. Bailey applies a client-focused approach to litigation, ensuring that employers are involved in the development and implementation of case strategy at every stage.
Having started her employment litigation practice on the plaintiff-side nearly 10 years ago, Bailey brings a unique understanding to her client’s cases. Able to anticipate opposing viewpoints and motivations, Bailey’s perspective enables her to effectively advise clients through complex employment issues.
Bailey loves getting to work alongside the best attorneys in the business, all while having the opportunity to connect with her clients and act as a resource as they pursue their business goals.
