More About Stacy
Stacy is the head of Seyfarth’s Los Angeles Real Estate practice. She advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, partnership and joint ventures, as well as all aspects of real estate financings, such as mortgage loan origination, construction financing, and bridge loans. She is also trusted counsel to both lenders and borrowers in connection with defaulted loans, workouts, forbearance and settlement agreements, loan modifications, restructuring, foreclosures, and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure agreements. Stacy works on single asset and portfolio deals comprised of properties across the United States for all major property types, including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, multifamily, and vacant land. Her clients include private funds, financial institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, and wealthy individuals.
Stacy’s approach to her practice is to partner with her clients for their long-term success. She takes pride in learning the institutional workings of her clients to help them facilitate their transactions to successful outcomes. Her clients value her practical approach and drive for efficiency as she helps them navigate complex transactions.
Stacy is also committed to empowering others. She serves as the co-chair of Seyfarth’s Asian American Pacific Islander affinity group, and is an active participant in the formal mentorship programs at Seyfarth for associates, counsel, and partners.
Stacy’s approach to her practice is to partner with her clients for their long-term success. She takes pride in learning the institutional workings of her clients to help them facilitate their transactions to successful outcomes.
