He has handled claims involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and whistleblower actions. Additionally, Yoon draws from his knowledge and experience working in-house and abroad to provide his clients with practical legal advice.
Yoon has represented clients in matters ranging from administrative hearings to high-stakes litigation. He has tried numerous cases to jury verdict in state and federal court, including against the EEOC. He also has substantial experience defending retail, health care, financial, and tech employers in arbitrations.
As a member of the firm’s Complex Discrimination Litigation team, Yoon enjoys working on complex litigation matters alongside his dynamic colleagues to help clients navigate the legal obstacles along the way.
As a first-generation lawyer, Yoon recognizes that opportunity is necessary to succeed, and he uses his experience living and working in Mexico City to provide pro bono representation.
