Zeynep serves as Seyfarth's Chief Innovation & Strategic Design Officer, leading the firm's efforts to embed a culture of innovation and drive meaningful change. With well over a decade at Seyfarth, Zeynep has been pivotal in advancing business strategy, knowledge management, and operations.
In her role, Zeynep focuses on leveraging design thinking to optimize internal processes and develop innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery and value. She collaborates closely with firm leadership, partners, professional staff, and key clients to transform internal processes, enhance efficiencies, and co-create client-centric solutions.
Zeynep's leadership extends to overseeing a team that is committed to the development and execution of the firm's Knowledge Management strategy. Her efforts aim at fostering a knowledge-sharing culture and implementing tools and technologies that improve client outcomes.
With a robust background in Practice Development, Talent Development, and Operations, Zeynep has driven business strategy and innovation across the firm. Her experience includes working closely with innovation leaders to grow and develop these functions across all practices and sectors.
