Companies nationwide rely on Lisa's significant experience in consulting on and litigating a broad range of employment matters. As a trial lawyer and seasoned employment litigator, Lisa brings many years of experience winning for her clients at all stages of litigation. She is a practical, business-focused advisor, getting results and limiting risk for her clients. Her practice has a particular emphasis on litigation of discrimination and harassment claims, in the context of single-plaintiff actions and multiple-plaintiff claims. Currently, in addition to her active role as a practicing lawyer, she serves as the firm's Client Engagement Partner, focusing on strengthening relationships, gathering client feedback and bringing insights back to the firm.

Comfortable off the beaten path, Steve helmed the firm through our Lean revolution, and is now focused on our client-facing technology strategy which includes robotics, AI, and cognitive computing. "Seyfarth is a place," Steve says, "where people roll up their sleeves and find a better way to get things done." Often, that quest for a better way veers off the beaten path. Steve is perfectly comfortable with that—and so is the organization he led for 15 years. Under Steve's leadership, the firm pioneered the application of Lean Six Sigma in legal service delivery and the development of Seyfarth's award-winning client service model.

Kori leads Seyfarth's efforts to expand the firm's culture of inclusion and to advance diversity within our partnership. Kori focuses on inclusive leadership development, cultural fluency, skill building to mitigate bias, and success strategies for professionals from underrepresented groups to innovate, integrate, and operationalize diversity, inclusion, and belonging into the business and practice of law at Seyfarth.

Meet Kori

Kevin has experience working opposite counsel of all stripes—from partners in the biggest firms to general counsel and solo practitioners. He rolls up his sleeves alongside his colleagues to negotiate common-sense, practical deals that advance the goals of all involved. Using the principles of Lean Six Sigma, Kevin addresses the big issues first, and then plots a course for the transaction that delivers the final product on-time and on-budget.
