Come join us for a great learning opportunity! Our May meeting will help you learn more about the Hispanic culture and how to improve employee relations. This is a great time to invite a department or line manager into your HR world and have him/her learn with you!

We will be discussing the recent publicized events pertaining to Hispanic immigrants and the demographic changes taking place as well as their impact on the workforce. There will be lots of information shared about the Hispanic culture and communication strategies to include: advertising goofs, job safety talks, and effective management tools. You might even learn to speak a little Spanish!
