Camille Olson was quoted in a March 18 story “Daily Document Update: Employment Law, Proposed EEO-1 Report changes: Progress or folly?” from CCH regarding her testimony on behalf of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce at a public hearing before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on its proposed changes to the EEO-1 form. Olson pointed to the EEOC’s burden analysis, which she said was completely lacking in any substance and has no basis in fact.
