Noah Finkel was quoted in a May 19 story “With new OT rule, firms are on the clock” from the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin on how companies have only a few months to decide how they will compensate salaried employees who will be newly deemed eligible for overtime pay under a new federal rule that takes effect Dec. 1. Finkel said that every employer is going to approach this differently, and they’re going to approach it differently with respect to each employee.
