In recent days, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker released previews of the requirements for businesses opening during Phase 2, which will commence no earlier than Monday, June 8. Among those types of businesses permitted to reopen during Phase 2 will be restaurants, hotels, retail for in-store browsing, camps and childcare. Businesses will be expected to comply with safety standards as well as industry-specific rules.

In this webinar, members of Seyfarth Shaw’s Boston office, Ariel Cudkowicz, Daniel Klein, Christopher Kelleher, and Emily Miller,  provide practical advice for those reopening as part of Phase 2.
