In 2020, employers have doubled-down on their diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to ensure they are driving their strategic efforts. In doing so, many employers are looking for ways to increase the diversity in their hires and promotions without running afoul of the law. While many employers have established diverse slate or diverse interview panel requirements, many struggle with the practical implications involved when implementing their programs.
