Webinar Recording: What Now? COVID-19 Vaccination’s Ever-Shifting Compliance Landscape

Click for PDF

The Supreme Court’s recent decisions regarding OSHA’s COVID-19 vaccination and testing emergency standard and CMS’s COVID-19 vaccination regulation once again changed employers’ compliance obligations regarding ensuring their workforces are vaccinated.  Throw in the (currently stayed) federal contractor vaccination mandate, as well as the responses from states and localities, and employers are left with more questions than answers regarding how and when to comply with vaccine mandates.  Seyfarth subject matter experts discuss the current state of these various mandates and how employers should proceed in considering their vaccine policies.

Topics Include:

  • The status of litigation challenging OSHA’s ETS, the CMS regulation, and the federal contractor mandate.
  • The impacts of the U.S. Supreme Court’s stay of OSHA’s ETS, i.e., what’s next from OSHA?
  • CMS regulation - who is covered and how to comply?
  • Federal contractor mandate - what should contractors do?
  • State and local municipal responses - what do employers need to know?
