Kyle devises creative strategies to defeat class certification, achieve summary judgment, and position cases for resolution. He defends clients against the spectrum of class action claims, including meal and rest break violations, off-the-clock work, rounding issues, equal pay disputes, noncompliant job postings, illegal non-compete agreements, and misclassification allegations. Kyle applies his extensive class-action experience to provide proactive counsel on wage and hour compliance.
Kyle also advises on day-to-day employment law advice, including policy drafting, employee discipline, non-compete agreements, Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, wage disputes, employee classification, and disability accommodations. Known for his practical approach and timely advice, Kyle collaborates closely with clients to deliver legal solutions that align with their business goals.
Additionally, Kyle represents clients in employment litigation involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract, including nondisclosure, non-competition, and nonsolicitation agreements.
Kyle also advises on day-to-day employment law advice, including policy drafting, employee discipline, non-compete agreements, Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, wage disputes, employee classification, and disability accommodations.
