Chris also advises clients on how to address workplace matters, and drive business objectives through the effective use of analytics and leveraging of data.

With nearly two decades of sophisticated litigation consulting experience, Chris brings broad experience in the development and use of large, complex employment databases. Prior to joining Seyfarth, Chris worked at nationally recognized economic consulting firms, providing data analysis, economic research, and statistical analysis for litigation, business matters, and risk assessment in a variety of significant, high-stakes litigation and consulting settings across the nation.

Chris' work has focused on the application of economic and statistical analysis, to matters of litigation, in the context of both employment discrimination claims and wage-and-hour disputes. In the discrimination context, Chris has worked on matters alleging discrimination on the basis of age, race, gender, and other claims, covering the full range of employment practices, from recruitment and hiring, to promotion, pay, and terminations.

Chris' analytical work has involved statistical and econometric analyses, as well as analysis of damages. He has extensive knowledge and experience in sophisticated economic and statistical analysis in support of expert testimony for litigation matters, development of analytic databases, critique of plaintiff's experts' analysis, rebuttal of opposing experts, preparation of expert reports, deposition testimony, arbitration testimony, and data analysis used in mediations and arbitrations. Chris has testified at trial, deposition, and arbitration, and has submitted expert reports in both state and federal courts.
