Mr. Weiss is the president of Seyfarth Shaw at Work/WorkRight Solutions, the firm's dedicated compliance services and training subsidiary.

He collaborates with corporate executive teams and in-house legal/HR leaders to develop core value statements, compliance plans, media strategies and training initiatives. Mr. Weiss works with clients and federal enforcement agencies as part of complex litigation settlement processes and directs a global team of firm and consultant attorney-trainers and designers to deliver related programming.
