Uncertain economic conditions, increased energy prices, conflict, and complex geopolitics have led to many large and high-profile reductions in force (RIFs) in recent weeks. Whilst RIFs are inevitably a difficult topic for employers to navigate, when a company’s terminations involve employees in various countries across the world, the complexity and organizational risks multiply.

Currently working with numerous clients on multijurisdictional restructures, partners from Seyfarth’s specialist international employment team invite you to join our upcoming session where we will break down some critical do’s and don’ts and share the general rules that employers who are considering–or are in the midst of–a global reduction in force must keep in mind. This 45-minute webinar will cover:

  • The current environment and the importance of strategy development from the outset
  • Pathways to success
  • Practicalities for getting the job done

We will leave ample time at the end for audience questions, so please feel free to bring to the session any of your pressing questions.
